With Spring rebirthing of our vines from their dormancy, our New Vintage Degustation lunches held in the barrel room at Sanguine Estate are designed to farewell winter and welcome bud burst. With a symbolic “Burning of the Canes” on entry, guests will enjoy a candle lit 6 course degustation style spring inspired menu prepared by wonderful local Chef Andy and matched to 5 of our current and new releases. Limited places available each day.

$115 early bird on or before 2nd September (after 2nd Sept = $120)
$110 Wine club (Only available for wine club member and 1 guest)
Designated driver = $100 (includes 1 glass of wine from a choice of Rosé, Cabernets or Progeny Shiraz). Please advise the name of designated driver in notes and we will refund $15 for this ticket.
