Once again, over 30 food and wine businesses throughout the region will open their doors this Queen’s Birthday long weekend for Heathcote on Show and here at Sanguine Estate we are planning some wonderful winter treats.

Monsieur Pierre is returning with their delicious regional fare and this year are offering a gourmet Buffet (11am-3pm) which will include a variety of meat and salad dishes, dessert, tea and coffee. Prepaid tickets are $30 pp or $35 pp on the day

- Slow cooked Moroccan Braised Lamb with chickpeas
- Marinated Rump Steaks with chimichurri
- Chicken with tomato , Cannelini beans and Chorizo.
- Roast Winter vegetable with Baby Spinach and Dukkah.
- Red Quinoa, beet root , parsley ,mint and Currants
- Israeli Couscous with Peas , lemon , Zucchini
Due to the success of previous years Plumm Glassware will also be running their glassware masterclasses on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. If you’ve attended one of these sessions before you’ll know what great value they are and now’s the chance to bring along your friends!
