Join the Hunter family and a star studded line up of experts at Gary Mehigan’s new restaurant venture “64 Sutton St” which will have just completed an exciting makeover just in time for this event.
The evening commences with a fun and educational Masterclass hosted by wine and glassware guru Matt Skinner (Author, TV personality, Wine Judge, Sommelier and writer for several Australian publications) and includes panellists; Dan Schwarz (Gary Mehigan’s Head Chef) as the food and wine matching expert and Sanguine Estate’s award winning winemaker Mark Hunter as the wine expert.
The topic for this years Masterclass is exploring the diverse styles of Australian Shiraz with each wine perfectly paired with a delectable canapé designed by MasterChef Gary Mehigan and Dan Schwarz. Following the Masterclass, is a three course dinner inspired by Gary and Dan and perfectly paired to Sanguine’s other award winning wine varieties.
