Love cheese? Enjoy learning how to make delicious cheeses with Nardia Keene of Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese. Be part of a hands on experience where you will make 3 cheese types during the day and for those returning cheese makers there’s a different cheese this year!
The full day goes from 10am until 3pm and includes lunch plus glass of Sanguine Estate wine and you get to take home the cheeses you make on the day with instructions on how to look after them.
Strictly limited places available. You only need to bring an apron and a container for your cheeses – all other equipment and ingredients are included.
Pricing of $135 per person including lunch and a glass of wine until 1st April.
Bookings made after 1st April or on the day of the Festival will be $145 per person
