Thanks for the photos, I look very serious on the second one! Was a lovely evening, beautiful wines. Thought I’d paced myself ok, until the museum was opened, very sore head the next day! Great co-incidence – having “been good” this last week I made home made pizzas and opened our party bag bottle of wine tonight. Made for a perfect Friday night.

I just wanted to write a quick email to let you know how much I appreciated the help/service my friend and I got given from one of your staff when we visited on Saturday; I believe her name was Frances (older woman; short dark hair, glasses).
She took us through all the wines and was very informed, didn’t pressure us to buy anything (although there was no way I was going to walk out without a bottle hahaha), and even went and found some magazines for us to read while we were enjoying a glass outside.
Please thank Frances for her role in making the visit wonderful, my friend and I will definitely be back. J

I have never told you how I came across Sanguine…a few years I went to a restaurant on Phillip Island and order a bottle of 2012 Shiraz..
I was so impressed I went back frequently till they had no more to offer…I then went straight to the source…the rest you know.

I just wanted to write and thank Sanguine in particular Tony for such a wonderful wine tasting on Christmas Eve, when we picked up our D’Orsa. He gave us such a great insight into the wines and the work involved in Sanguine. We never expected such a distinguished wine maker to provide us with a personalised and lengthy tasting. It really made a great start to our Christmas! We were also really impressed with the teams customer service at the Heathcote food and wine festival, it stood out from the crowd. Please pass on our thanks to him. We hope to be back again in 2018.

I recently took the opportunity to join the wine club after being a being a customer for about 2 years and about a week ago received your letter confirmation, membership card and a copy of the book ‘People Behind the Wines of Heathcote’.
Firstly let me say what pleasant surprise it was to receive this package and of course thank you very much. I have to say all my experiences with the team at Sanguine have been absolutely fantastic – from the more than affable Tony at the cellar door to emails from Jodi and now with yourself.
I have visited and continue to visit many winery areas in Aust regularly – Coonawarra, Barossa, Yarra Valley, Heathcote, Mornington Peninsula, Beechworth and I have quite a few club memberships and over time I have developed many personal friendships with some wineries and I have to say that Sanguine Estate offers one of the best ( if not the best) overall experiences I have encountered. The team are very approachable, friendly, and professional across all aspects of your business and the wine is absolutely and consistently first rate. A lot of wineries in Australia – both big and small could learn from you. You should be justifiably proud of yourselves.

We very much enjoyed the day. The Masterclass was well organised and informative, and the cheese gifts at the conclusion were a very unexpected but welcome treat. The location is stunning and it was lovely to meet the team and put faces to those we have been exchanging emails with. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the views.
