Celebrate the arrival of spring with a weekend of rare wines, new vintage releases, live music and Spanish-inspired food.

Our annual Budburst Celebration marks the beginning of a new season in the vineyard, when the first signs of growth appear and another vintage begins its journey. Join the Hunter family for two days of exceptional wine tasting, featuring new releases, limited-production wines and special pours that are rarely available at the cellar door.

This year's event also shines a spotlight on Tempranillo, one of Sanguine's most exciting varieties, perfectly paired with authentic paella and a relaxed spring atmosphere.

Sanguine Live Music Sunset Sessions: Longer Days, Longer Pours 

Soak up the evening vibes at Sanguine Estate Wines as we turn up the music and keep the wine flowing!

Join us the last Saturday of every month, for extended cellar door hours (11am–8pm), with live music from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, and the perfect sunset backdrop of Mt Ida and Sanguine’s rolling vineyards.
