Our Melbourne tasting events are held in Division D of the historic bluestone Pentridge Prison that was established in 1857. Since the prison’s decommissioning in 1997 and sale by the Victorian Government in 1999, the prison cells in D Division have been converted into prestige climate-controlled wine cellars. A great opportunity to visit this historic site and enjoy a Sanguine wine tasting.
